Stok Guru Tsechu is yet an alternate Buddhist celebration in Ladakh that falls consistently in the month of February, only one prior week Matho Nagrang. The celebration of Stok Guru Tsechu in Ladakh is today one of the broadly commended fairs and celebrations in Jammu and Kashmir and is seen with much intensity and joy by the Buddhist group crosswise over Leh Ladakh in India.

The Buddhist friars of Stok and Spituk religious communities in Ladakh praise the Stok Guru Tsechu celebration for two days. The celebration is just about celebrated in the same way as the Matho Nagrang, with two "prophets" staging an otherworldly presentation before people in general. Then again, the main contrast on account of Stok Guru Tsechu is that the prophets are not ministers however laymen from the town who are, thus, formally ready by the friars to summon the god and sacred spirits.

The celebration of Stok Guru Tsechu happens in the Stok town of Ladakh. It is one of the few prominent Leh Ladakh celebrations that are praised with much enthusiasm in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, India. Stok Guru Tsechu celebration happens in Gurphug in Ladakh on the ninth and tenth days of the first month of the Tibetan Lunar Calendar (that falls in the datebook month of February or March). The celebration is stamped by the execution of "veiled moves" by the ministers of Spituk religious community in Ladakh.
